Our Clinic hours vary and can change seasonally based on our current need. If you give us a call we can give you a current idea of the latest hours for new and returning patients. You can also see most of our schedule on our online booking system. If you call our office and we don’t answer, we always update our daily hours via the voicemail.

Policies
We do not accept Insurance. However, we will provide you with a Superbill, upon request, so that you may bill your own insurance. Regardless of insurance coverage, the Patient is responsible to pay the full amount of the treatment. We are set up to take Check, Credit and Debit cards, and Health Savings Account Cards.
We have a 48 hour Cancellation policy for all patients and appointment types. If you need to cancel your appointment you need to cancel or reschedule more than 48 hours in advance. If you fail to do so you will be charged the full amount of the scheduled treatment.
Our office runs very on time, if you are more than 10 minutes late we may not be able to accommodate you. In this case you would be rescheduled and charged the full amount of the missed appointment.
